Meet Our Team
Kevin Rogers
Chief Executive Officer
Kevin Rogers is an experienced Chief Executive Officer. Driven by quality of service, he takes pride in providing the best integrated construction and property maintenance experience in Indiana. As Chief Executive Officer his goals are to help clients combat high inflation costs without sacrificing quality or service. Kevin has over 18 years of experience in construction management, project management, and facilities management within the healthcare industry.
Kevin is member of the Indiana Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) and holds a career diploma in HVAC-R, a BA in Health Care Administration, and an MBA from the University of Arizona.
Kayla
Financial/Administrative Assistant
Kayla joined the team in October 2022 as Financial/Administrative Assistant. She handles the financial matters of the business such as client billing, accounts payable, payroll and banking. She approaches all aspects of any job with a positive, hard-working mindset, and is passionate about helping find solutions to any challenges. She brings with her an extensive background in customer service from restaurant, retail and corporate environments.
